In Kinesiology we use the term ‘switching’ to refer to the body’s electrical circuits.  Before doing any balances or corrections switching is checked to ensure there is no confusion within the body’s electrical circuits and coordination.

Doing the following simple switching exercises can help ensure both hemispheres of your brain are talking to each other and will also help with concentration and feeling clear minded.

Place one hand over the naval area keeping it there while rubbing the following points with your other hand:

– Between upper lip and nose (top/bottom switching)
– Between bottom lip and chin (top/bottom switching)
– Bottom of your tailbone (front back switching)
– Just under the ends of your collarbones (left right switching)

Rub each of the above firmly and then change over hands and repeat.

Today food sensitivities, allergies and even chemical sensitivities have become a major health concern.  To some extent we may not even be aware of our body’s sensitivity to certain foods or chemicals that is why Food Testing with Kinesiology will guide you.

Through the gentle art of muscle monitoring you will be able to identify those foods that are good for you and those that don’t agree with you.  You can also go one step further and test how much of a certain food your body can tolerate before your body finds the food intolerant.

As we are all unique individuals not all so called ‘healthy’ foods may be good for your body.  Kinesiology can also assist in determining whether your body is receiving sufficient nutrition at any given point.  Vitamin and mineral deficiencies are some of the specific things you can test for.

The information gained from food testing can then be incorporated into your diet and lifestyle.
